2. Data we process
Depending on the features you use, Clan Cash may process account and sign-in data, family member data, expenses, income, budgets, categories, shopping lists, attachments and images, receipts and OCR results, chat messages, reactions, notifications, child tracker records, theme settings, device preferences, security logs and technical diagnostics.
3. Location and sharing features
When you explicitly enable location features, we may process current or last known location, check-ins, selected places, navigation context and sharing scope. Location is not required for the core finance features and is used according to your app and device permissions.
4. AI features and Kesh
Clan Cash may use AI features for analysis, summaries, suggestions, search and in-app assistance. To provide these features, relevant context from your records may be sent to an AI provider only when the feature requires it. We do not send more data than is needed for the specific request.
5. Why we use data
We use data to provide the service, synchronize family records across devices, display reports and insights, send notifications, maintain security, troubleshoot technical issues, improve functionality and comply with applicable legal obligations.
6. Legal basis
Where applicable, processing is based on performance of the service, legitimate interest in security and maintenance, consent for optional features such as location, notifications and AI functionality, and legal obligation where required.
7. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, notification, analytics, OCR or AI providers where necessary for the service. Data may also be visible to members of your family group or selected recipients according to the sharing settings in the app.
8. Retention
We retain data while the account or family workspace is active, while needed to provide the service, or where required by law. Some logs and backups may be retained for a limited period for security, recovery and diagnostics.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect data, including access control, separation of family workspaces, secured sessions and diagnostic logs. No system is completely secure, and you should protect your device and sign-in credentials.
10. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data where applicable. You may also withdraw consent for optional features through device or app settings. Send requests to [email protected].
11. Children and family records
Clan Cash may contain child journals and child-related records when a family chooses to use those features. These records should be entered and shared only by people authorized to manage the relevant family information.

1. Acceptance of terms
By using Clan Cash, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. Purpose of the service
Clan Cash is a tool for family organization, budgeting, expense tracking, communication, lists, journals, location features and AI assistance. The service is not a bank, payment institution, investment adviser, accountant or financial adviser.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your account and the activity performed through your access. Do not provide access to anyone who is not authorized to view family data.
4. Family content and sharing
You are responsible for the content you enter, upload or share in Clan Cash, including financial records, photos, receipts, messages, notes, locations and journals. Use sharing settings carefully.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for illegal purposes, abuse, unauthorized access, rights violations, harmful code, harassment, fraud or attempts to bypass security measures.
6. AI outputs
AI features can assist with summaries and suggestions, but outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review important decisions, especially financial, health, legal or safety-related decisions.
7. Availability and service changes
We aim to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, limit or discontinue features when needed for security, maintenance or product development.
8. Liability
Clan Cash is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, data loss, lost profits or decisions made solely based on information from the app.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for breach of these terms, abuse, security risk or legal requirement.
